Ezekiel 37:1-14

Valley of Dry Bones

     This chapter in Ezekiel describes what God wants his poeple to do today. God tells Ezekiel that he must tells these bones the truth through the Word of the Sovereign Lord. If God's people will do as the Lord commands and tells those around them the truth of God's Word , then God will breath life into them and make them whole again. This world is a huge valley of dry bones and we must spread God's Word, telling them about the love of God and the wonderful gift that He offers to each and everyone. The gift of salvation through the blood of Jesus Christ. This ministry has kept it's committment to care for those around us in need by providing for their physical needs as well as prayer and supplication. Now, we must also prophesy to the dry bones that God is still doing miracles by making these dead dry bones of humanity shake, rattle and roll, and come alive again as He breathes new life into a dead people. This is how our ministry came to be called Valley of the Dry Bones, because we are all called to minister to a dying world of dry bones.

 Many times I have told my congregation that being a child of God is easy. In Matthew 22:37-40, Jesus made clear what it takes to be a child of the Living God. .."love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments." How much easier could it be, to love God and each other and by doing this you have completed all that is written in scripture. Jesus told the religious men of His time that they were but whitewashed tombs, (Matt. 23:27-32).  They loved to heap rules and regluations upon the people so that it became impossible to walk with God. But Jesus tells us in several verses that "my yoke is easy and my burden is light," (Matt. 11:30). If this is what Jesus tells us than why do people find it so hard to follow Christ? Because "religious" men like to make people pay huge costs so that they seem so "religious", and pious.  I want to crush this lie from satan, Jesus tells us to cast all our cares upon Him. There are many people that say we cannot understand scripture unless they explain it to us. This again is lies, to keep us from finding out the truth. God gave us scripture that was annoited by the Holy Spirit so that all can understand if we truly desire to know God. In these pages we will look at scripture in order to open peoples minds to the truth of God. All articles will be accompianed by scripture showing that this is from God not me.
