Our Youth Are Our Future:
If you look around you today you will see a generation of young people that have been fed to the commercial industry of hedonism, from sexual freedom that leads to destruction of lives, to feel good drugs that leads to a life of dependancy. Parents may be well intentioned in their desire to meet all of the physical needs of their children, while spending all of their time working to afford those things that only satisfy for the moment, they ignore the spiritual needs that will carry you, their children through the rest of your lives. So many of you have reached out to gangs and drug dealers, pimps and child molesters because they tell you the things that you so need to hear. You find in them some type of security that is missing in your home life. These monsters feed on your insecurities, telling you nobody really loves you and there is no hope for tomorrow and you might as well get all you can today at any cost. God tells us in His Word that there is hope for tomorrow and that He loves you. The problem is that you do not see this in action around you, leading you to believe the lies of those monsters. Jesus waits for you to call upon Him, that He would be able to walk with you through this world, giving you the love and peace that you seek. He promises you that He would never leave you or forsake you no matter what you have done. He is closer than any brother, He loves you more than you could ever imagine, waiting patiently for you to come to Him in your hour of need. He does not ask anything from you except your love, for Him and those around you that are also hurting.
We at Valley of the Dry Bones Ministry, Inc. are opening doors to you, whether you are looking to get involved with a life changing ministry, or you are in a youth group that is seeking a way to reach your community.We have a variety of ministries that show you the promises of God in action, show you that you are loved with out having to sell yourselves to gain attention and love. If we all do not wake up and give you the love you are seeking and the hope you desire for a better tomorrow we will forever lose another generation. The ministries that we are working with give you the option to be involved in changing your world by helping others. This gives to you a vision that you can control the environment around you by changing peoples lives. Meeting their physical needs while showing them love and tenderness without asking for anything in return. There is a God given law that says when we bless others we are blessed, when we love others we find love, when we give we are given. Just like the laws of physics cannot be changed, these laws are just as absolute. While our entire ministry is focused on helping everybody, these following pages are dedicated to uplifting you, our children, in a variety of ways from the major annual Dry Bones Youth Rally, here in WV. to events such as Aquire The Fire and youth group activities, summer camps and mission trips that will open doors for you to get involved in changing your world. Every thing that we do is absolutely free, for we cannot charge for the love of God and His blessings. So, we hope the you will find in these following pages something that will catch your attention and give you hope that you are in control of your future and the future of our children. God bless you!
